Nanogels are promising drug delivery systems since they possess undeniable advantages such as high loading capacity for hydrophilic and hydrophobic drugs, stabilization of sensitive biocompatibility, biodegradability. The present review summarizes experimental studies related to carriers, loading, membrane transport nanogels. In particular, the discusses properties, advantages, limitations polymeric carriers with respect behavior prepared nanogels in vivo conditions. potential nanogel encapsulation or drugs mechanisms release also emphasized. Moreover, challenges through barriers presented parenteral, oral, ocular, nasal, dermal routes administration considered.
