Nutritional status monitoring plays an important role in the maintenance of human health and disease prevention. Monitoring intake vitamins can support improvement diet behavior. In this work, a polyaniline (PANI) film-based nonenzymatic electrochemical sensor was prepared to track vitamin C level sweat. The PANI film modified with organic acids (ethylformic acid, malic tartaric phytic acid). acid-modified based on has wide detection range (0.5-500 μmol·L-1), high sensitivity (665.5 326.2 μA·(mmol·L-1)-1·cm-2), low limit (0.17 μmol·L-1) toward phytate enhances band transport between chains, which increases electrical conductivity improve properties sensor. addition, we monitored changes levels body after taking pills by detecting sweat or saliva. ability pharmacological profile demonstrates potential sensors for applications personalized nutritional tracking. Gas sensors have played a critical role in healthcare, atmospheric environmental monitoring, military applications and so on. In particular, flexible sensing devices are of great interest, benefitting from flexibility wearability. However, developing gas with high sensitivity, stability workability is still challenging. this work, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were grown on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) films, which further modified polyaniline (PANI) using simple chemical oxidation synthesis. The superior the PANI-MWCNTs/PDMS film enabled stable initial resistance value, even under bending conditions. sensor showed excellent NH3 performances, including response (11.8 ± 0.2 for 40 ppm NH3) low limit detection (10 ppb) at room temperature. Moreover, effect humid environment performances was investigated. results show that enhanced humidity conditions because water molecules can promote adsorption films. addition, had abilities detecting simulated breath patients kidney disease freshness shrimp. These above reveal potential application monitoring human food.
