Abstract The rapid rise of triboelectric nanogenerators, an innovative technology for low‐frequency energy harvesting and self‐powered sensing, has increased the interest in high‐performance materials. Enhancing surface charge density via dielectric modulation is essential nanogenerators. As most abundant biopolymer on earth, cellulose remarkable properties such as excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability, tunable chemistry, indicating its significant application potential design fabrication Owing to unique multiscale structure processability, holds substantial promise modulation. This review aims provide comprehensive insights into rational tailored preparation cellulosic materials with optimal constants. First, exceptional advantages are interpreted. A investigation confinement‐modulated encompassing molecules, dipoles, fibers along their dipoles undertaken significance interfacial polarization explored. Furthermore, emerging applications superior including harvesting, medical smart monitoring systems, described. Finally, challenges future opportunities summarized.
