Abstract In the field of photocatalysis, ultrafast electron transfer at interface is key factor affecting photocatalytic activity. Herein, carrier transport achieved through constructing a Z‐scheme heterojunction CoSe@Zn 0.5 Cd S (CoSe@ZCS), which prepared by in situ growth ZCS on ZIF‐67‐derived hollow CoSe. The charge verified advanced fs‐transient absorption, provides vital evidence for specific mechanism transfer. addition, presence intermediates (*COOH and C═N) detected in‐situ FTIR spectroscopy, further clarified coupling benzylamine oxidation with CO 2 photoconversion. DFT calculations also confirm that effectively reduces energy barrier rate‐limiting step *COOH formation, facilitating reduction process ZCS. Benefiting from heterojunction, CoSe@ZCS exhibits excellent bifunctional performance. This work lays foundation exploration mode to facilitate solar‐driven conversion.
