Abstract
With
the
ongoing
developments
in
field
of
anti-amyloid
therapy
for
Alzheimer’s
disease,
it
is
crucial
to
better
understand
longitudinal
associations
between
amyloid-β
deposition
and
altered
network
activity
living
human
brain.

cognitively
unimpaired
individuals
