Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have a significant role in gene regulation, especially cancer and inflammatory diseases. ncRNAs, such as microRNA, long non-coding RNAs, circular alter the transcriptional, post-transcriptional, epigenetic expression levels. These molecules act biomarkers possible therapeutic targets because aberrant ncRNA has been directly connected to tumor progression, metastasis, response therapy research. ncRNAs’ interactions with multiple cellular pathways, including MAPK, Wnt, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, impact processes like proliferation, apoptosis, immune responses. The potential of RNA-based therapeutics, anti-microRNA microRNA mimics, restore normal is being actively studied. Additionally, tissue-specific patterns ncRNAs offer unique opportunities for targeted therapy. Specificity, stability, responses are obstacles use ncRNAs; however, novel strategies, modified oligonucleotides delivery systems, developed. profiling may result more individualized successful treatments precision medicine advances, improving patient outcomes creating early diagnosis monitoring opportunities. current review aims investigate roles diseases, focusing on their mechanisms regulation implications non-invasive diagnostics therapies. A comprehensive literature was conducted using PubMed Google Scholar, research published between 2014 2025. Studies were selected based rigorous inclusion criteria, peer-reviewed status relevance Non-English, non-peer-reviewed, inconclusive studies excluded. This approach ensures that findings presented high-quality relevant sources.

Abstract Cholecystectomy is often excessively utilized in the management of gallbladder polyps. It crucial to effectively differentiate between adenomatous and cholesterol polyps reduce unnecessary cholecystectomies. This study aimed investigate potential miR−33 as a novel diagnostic biomarker for distinguishing from Gallbladder specimens were retrospectively collected polyp patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Second Department General Surgery, Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University Traditional Chinese Medicine, June 2021 December 2021. Pathological analysis categorized into two groups: group ( n = 13) 12). The expression levels miR−33a miR−33b both groups assessed using real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). MiR-33a level miR-33a/miR-33b ratio significantly lower than p < 0.05). Spearman correlation showed strong positive miR-33a miR-33b r 0.956, 0.001). Stepwise logistic regression revealed that decreased elevated are independent risk factors A predictive model was constructed, with model’s AUC diagnosing being 0.885 (95% CI: 0.753−1.000, 0.001), exhibiting notable specificity 84.62% sensitivity 83.33% cut-off 0.424. Hypertension, a global health concern, affects staggering 1.28 billion people worldwide, as stated by the World Health Organization (WHO) however renal artery stenosis (RAS), common cause of secondary hypertension, is characterized narrowing arteries, leading to physiological changes such arterial stiffening and elevated blood pressure. The major causes RAS include atherosclerosis fibromuscular dysplasia. Diagnosis involves clinical suspicion imaging studies Doppler ultrasonography angiography. Treatment strategies encompass lifestyle modifications, pharmacotherapy, interventional procedures like angioplasty with stenting, emerging options denervation gene therapy. Our aim provide comprehensive examination pathophysiology, prevalence, risk factors, causes, diagnosis, treatment modalities through systematic search gathering qualitative quantitative data. We address challenges in diagnosis treatment, emphasizing need for tailored approaches considering patient-specific factors. will review evaluating treating hypertension due RAS.
