Implementing
e-learning
in
universities
has
become
an
obligatory
requirement
and
been
increasingly
adopted
globally.
This
study
proposes
a
versatile
combined
educational
model
integrating
face-to-face
approaches,
including
synchronous
asynchronous
learning,
to
bridge
the
education
gap
resulting
from
sudden
transition
universities.
Utilizing
knowledge
management,
researchers
monitored
implementation
tracked
performance
at
Zarqa
University
for
four
months.
Preliminary
outcomes
one-way
ANOVA
results
revealed
students'
success
collaboration,
suggesting
its
significance.
