Introduction: The rising prevalence of chronic diseases such as diabetes poses significant challenges to healthcare systems globally, requiring specialized care and management. Nurses play an essential role in educating caring for patients, but current continuing education programs often fail meet the practical needs clinical settings. Methods: This study used a qualitative descriptive-interpretative approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with 24 nurses working primary hospital settings across Spain. focused on their experiences, perceptions, educational care. A thematic analysis was performed identify key trends insights. Results: emphasized importance ongoing building professional confidence improving patient outcomes. However, they reported barriers, including limited time, high costs, lack focus existing training programs. Participants favored hybrid learning models, which combine flexibility online hands-on experience in-person sessions. rural areas highlighted value virtual overcome geographic constraints, while those urban environments preferred approaches. Additionally, called accessible concise resources, digital libraries simulations, support decision making real time. Nurses play a pivotal role in the provision of health care for children across Africa. With limited pediatric nursing content undergraduate programs and few available postgraduate programs, there is need additional continuing professional development opportunities to prepare nurses with knowledge, skills, confidence needed children. The European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) is a pan-European not for profit society involving approximately 28,000 cancer nurses from 32 countries in the region. College of Cancer (ECCN) exists under umbrella EONS and was established 2020 with strategic priority to develop, promote deliver educational opportunities across Europe. ECCN introduced pilot on-line education programme 20 January 2023. This study evaluated participating nurses' views experience learning on programme. adopted mixed method approach guided by four levels Kirkpatrick theoretical framework. A dominant focus qualitative data used supplementary quantitative data. Standards Reporting Qualitative Research (SRQR) followed. Eleven completed pre-pilot online questionnaire (response rate 65%) seven (n = 7) post-pilot (41% response rate). Five 5) participated two group interviews. Transgender youths are more likely than cisgender to need mental health care because of their high exposure discrimination and victimization, including within systems. Accordingly, transgender have low satisfaction rates treatment dropout, further exacerbating existing inequities. To reduce these inequities, providers knowledge skills enhance youths' engagement benefits. However, a comprehensive set practices addressing the needs youth patients does not exist.
