Despite the importance of non-practical nursing activities, there is currently a lack suitable framework for their use among nurses and students in Iran. This study aimed to design, implement, evaluate web-based educational electronic system developing skills (ESNPNSD). sequential methodological was conducted three phases: (1) identifying Minimum Data Set (MDS) elements, (2) designing, developing, implementing system, (3) evaluating ESNPNSD. The assessed by 72 from two academic semesters, selected through convenience sampling. Following validation experts during Delphi phase, ESNPNSD developed evaluated using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). UEQ scores ranged − 3 + included categories normal, positive, negative evaluations. were analyzed SPSS version 18. Ethical considerations fully observed. In first 136 items identified across 12 categories. After formal content validity checks, 68% 55% achieved coefficients 1 0.87, respectively, qualifying them inclusion system. Emotional self-efficacy of students has been found to be associated with their overall performance in different contexts.
