Background:
Simulation
is
commonly
used
as
a
teaching
modality
to
replace
in-hospital
clinical
practice.
Standards
for
simulated
patient
encounters
have
been
developed;
however,
the
sequencing
of
simulation
experiences
has
not
well-established.

Abstract
Objective
Traditional
pediatric
education
often
uses
a
single
teaching
method,
making
theoretical
knowledge
abstract
and
difficult
to
grasp.
This
can
lead
passive
learning
limit
students'
understanding
research
skills,
failing
prepare
them
for
modern
challenges.
We
studied
how
blended
focused
on
job
competency
affects
non-specialized
science
students.
Methods
A
total
of
133
students
in
our
2019
class
prevention
medicine
received
(reform
group),
143
the
2018
traditional
(control
group).
Students
records
were
analyzed
retrospectively.
also
evaluated
their
teachers
via
questionnaires.
Results
Over
60%
expressed
satisfaction
with
across
three
metrics:
overall
satisfaction,
preference
learning,
willingness
recommend
course
instructors
others.In
assessments,
more
than
75%
reform
group
grades,
which
fell
within
95
100
range.
In
contrast,
majority
control
scored
between
91
95,
constituting
34.2%
sample.
Following
this,
18.9%
achieved
grades
ranging
from
96
100,
17.5%
attained
scores
86
90.
Statistically
significant
differences
observed
terms
student
evaluations,
exam
scores,
case
writing
in-class
quizzes.
Conclusion
We
integrated
preschool
tutoring
classroom
course,
finding
it
enhances
readiness,
academic
performance,
satisfaction.
Tailor
approach
subjects,
workload,
performance
best
results.
