One-dimensional nanostructures are generally cited as nanowires, nanofibers, nanotubes, and so on. The foremost prominent feature of these materials is their electrical conductivity, which, unlike classical physics, doesn't increase resistance because the diameter decreases. Numerous properties like optical, magnetic, biological, environmental sensory have created many applications for them altogether industries. nanowires (NWs) propose potential impact on electronics, computing, memory, data storage, communications, manufacturing, health, medicine, national security, other economic sectors well. NWs offer excellent surface-to-volume ratio (interface phenomena), low defect density, high optical output, controllable n-type making more appropriate sensitive sensing applications. with ultra-sensitive real-time detection capabilities lend in nano biosensors, chemical sensors, gas electrochemical sensors. been used improving absorption well collection efficacy photovoltaic devices. having small size, weight, cost mass production, also compatible commercial planar processes large-scale circuitry. In paper, authors focusing to summarize recent advances various fields such research, education, entertainment, power generation.

The present study has been carried out in the Tabriz River basin (5397 km2) north-western Iran. Elevations vary from 1274 to 3678 m above sea level, and slope angles range 0 150.9 %. average annual minimum maximum temperatures are 2 °C 12 °C, respectively. rainfall ranges 243 641 mm, northern southern parts of receive highest amounts. In this study, we mapped groundwater potential (GWP) with a new hybrid model combining random subspace (RS) multilayer perception (MLP), naïve Bayes tree (NBTree), classification regression (CART) algorithms. A total 205 spring locations were collected by integrating field surveys data Iran Water Resources Management, divided into 70:30 for training validation. Fourteen conditioning factors (GWCFs) used as independent inputs. Statistics such receiver operating characteristic (ROC) five others evaluate performance models. results show that all models performed well GWP mapping (AUC > 0.8). MLP-RS achieved high validation scores = 0.935). relative importance GWCFs was revealed slope, elevation, TRI HAND most important predictors presence. This demonstrates ensemble can support sustainable management resources.
