Artificial neural networks are commonly employed to mimic biological activities in the brain. Synapse as neuron connecter plays an important role information transmission, which revises dynamics of coupled neurons inevitably or even bring synchronization behavior. In this work, by coupling FitzHugh-Nagumo (FN) and Hindmarsh-Rose (HR) with a memristor synapse, 5D system is derived. The feature memristive including period-doubling bifurcation chaotic bursting were exhaustively studied through phase portraits, Lyapunov exponents, diagrams. It shows that strength synapse poses great impact on evolution membrane potential complete synchronization. addition, derived HR-FN Neuron has property offset boosting local frequency control. Offset unique effects when exhibits different firing dynamics.

Offset boosting plays an important role in chaos application electronic engineering. As simple case, two-dimensional Hénon taken as example demonstrating achievement via condition.
