Good-quality sleep is defined by its ability to minimize disturbances, provide adequate duration, and maintain a balanced progression through stages. Sleep disturbance common complaint in people living with HIV/AIDS. Despite the influence of on treatment adherence, quality life, work productivity, risk chronic illness. Studies have reported disturbances among HIV/AIDS patients sub-Saharan African countries (SSA), yielding varied results at country level. Therefore, conducting systematic review meta-analysis essential. This aimed evaluate prevalence poor identify associated factors countries. We systematically searched across various databases, including PubMed, Journals Online, Scopus, Cochrane Library, HINARI, Science Direct. Additionally, we conducted searches using Google Scholar search engines. Microsoft Excel was used for data extraction, were analysed STAT version 17.0. assessed heterogeneity Cochran's Q test I2 checked small study effects funnel plot symmetry Egger's test. Pooled estimated random-effects model 95% confidence interval (CI) significance level p < 0.05.
