ABSTRACT
Artificial
intelligence
(AI)

Abstract
Dopamine
(DA)
affects
voluntary
movement
by
modulating
basal
ganglia
function.
In
the
classical
model,
DA
depletion
leads
to
overactivity
of
indirect
pathway
and
excessively
inhibits
thalamus,
resulting
in
hypokinesia.
The
contribution
on
striatopallidal
synapses,
an
initial
hub
connecting
striatum
external
globus
pallidus
(GPe),
remains
poorly
understood
because
sparse
innervation.
Here,
we
combine
optogenetic
projection
targeting,
whole
cell
patch
clamp
recordings
acute
brain
slices
from
mice,
computational
modeling
overcome

limitation.

Effective Motor Skill Learning Induces Inverted‐U Load‐Dependent Activation in Contralateral Pre‐Motor and Supplementary Motor Area

ABSTRACT
Motor
learning
involves
complex
interactions
between
the
cognitive
and
sensorimotor
systems,
which
are
susceptible
to
different
levels
of
task
load.
While
mechanism
underlying
load‐dependent
regulations
in
functions
has
been
extensively
investigated,
their
influence
on
downstream
execution
motor
skill
remains
less
understood.
The
current
study
extends
understanding
whether
how
alters
activation
pattern
by
a
longitudinal
functional
near‐infrared
spectroscopy
(fNIRS)
30
healthy
participants
(15
females)
engaged
extensive
practice
two‐dimensional
continuous
hand
tracking
with
varying
difficulty.
We
proposed
index
difficulty
(ID)
as
quantitative
measure
difficulty,
was
monotonically
associated
psychometric
subjective
workload.
As
progressed,
exhibited
enhanced
behavioral
metacognitive
performance.
Behavioral
improvements
were
accompanied
plastic
changes

prefrontal
cortex,
reflecting

strategy

learning.

we
found
robust
evidence

patterns,

This
research
aims
to
compare
and
relate
actual
perceived
motor
competence
according
peak
height
velocity
(PHV)
stages
among
Chilean
students
in
fifth
sixth
grade.
The
sample
consisted
of
84
from
the
city
Chillán,
aged
10
12
years,
including
45
girls
34
boys.
Data
collection

MOBAK
SEMOK
tests

real

respectively.
