Smart cities need energy and water to develop sustainably meet economic, social, environmental goals. These two systems depend actually on each other are examined as a water-energy nexus. Cyber security is becoming an increasingly important subject of study, particularly in multi-output/multi-input systems, such the nexus due widespread use information communications technologies (ICT). In this research, economic optimization electricity has been investigated reduce operating cost. Then, sabotage false data injection (FDI) system load implemented, operation solved GAMS software with mixed integer non-linear programing (MINLP) methods. The results show that value cost objective function before after incorrect equal, operator could not make correct estimate system, these interventions had direct impact load. Especially, electric changed between 1.5% nearly 18% compared before.
