Honeybee venom (HBV) is a complex mixture of proteins and enzymes used in traditional medicine to treat various ailments. HBV has multiple pharmacological effects, making it promising therapeutic agent several medical areas. In addition, many potential cosmetic applications as an anti-aging for the treatment skin conditions. HBV’s antioxidant properties are also great interest, oxidative stress contributes onset progression diseases. Several attempts have been made assess activity, mainly using DPPH assay. However, variability experimental protocols lack details make interpretation results difficult. this study, we aim address source by investigating activity detergent-based buffer across range pH values (from 3 7.5). We analyze contribution melittin, major component HBV. Our demonstrate that radical scavenging strongly influenced solvent pH. Specifically, show, first time, exhibits under mildly acidic conditions, following fast + slow reaction pattern. Interestingly, melittin only partially total Overall, work provides new insights into

Poorly treated acute pain can develop into chronic pain, resulting in significant impairment of patients' quality life. The hyperalgesic priming model is commonly used to study how transforms pain. Inflammatory factors, small molecules, opioid receptor agonists, chemotherapy drugs, and stress serve as initiating factors the model. Various signaling pathways such PKCε, MOR ephrin-B2 pathways, sexual differences also contribute transformation process In this review, we examine various models their underlying molecular mechanisms. By thoroughly investigating these mechanisms, researchers more precisely identify critical nodes involved transformation, thereby developing targeted treatment strategies.
