Fasting-feeding timing is a crucial pattern implicated in the regulation of daily circadian rhythms. The interplay between sleep and meal underscores importance maintaining alignment order to avoid creating metabolic environment conducive carcinogenesis following molecular systemic disruption performance immune function. chronicity such condition may support initiation progression cancer through variety mechanisms, including increased oxidative stress, suppression, activation proliferative signaling pathways. This review aims summarize current evidence from human studies provide an overview potential mechanisms underscoring role chrononutrition (including time-restricted eating) on risk. Current shows that morning chronotype, suggesting physiological rhythms eating timing, associated with lower risk cancer. Also, early prolonged nighttime fasting were also suggests chronotype influences cell cycle regulation, modulation pathways inflammation, gut microbiota fluctuations. In conclusion, although there are no clear guidelines this matter, emerging supports hypothesis time-related (i.e., time/calorie-restricted feeding intermittent/periodic fasting) could potentially lead reduced

Microbes have inhabited the earth for hundreds of millions years longer than humans. The microbiota-gut-brain axis (MGBA) represents a bidirectional communication pathway. These communications occur between central nervous system (CNS), enteric (ENS), and emotional cognitive centres brain. field research on gut-brain has grown significantly during past two decades. Signalling occurs gut microbiota brain through neural, endocrine, immune, humoral pathways. A substantial body evidence indicates that MGBA plays pivotal role in various neurological diseases. include Alzheimer's disease (AD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Rett syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), non-Alzheimer's neurodegeneration dementias, fronto-temporal lobe dementia (FTLD), Wilson-Konovalov (WD), multisystem atrophy (MSA), Huntington's chorea (HC), Parkinson's (PD), multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral (ALS), temporal epilepsy (TLE), depression, schizophrenia (SCZ). Furthermore, correlation therapeutics will be discussed. Conversely, mood delivery, exercise, psychotropic agents, stress, neurologic drugs can influence MGBA. By understanding MGBA, it may possible to facilitate into microbial-based interventions therapeutic strategies

Background Circadian rhythms are reported to influence physiological processes in the gastrointestinal system, but associations between circadian syndrome (Circs) and chronic diarrhea (CD) remain unclear. Here, we explored such relationships provide new insights into CD management. Methods We conducted a cross-sectional retrospective analysis using National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) data 2005 2010. Univariate multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed on weighted explore Circs CD. Results presented forest plots, odds ratios (ORs), 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Data with p -values < 0.05 considered statistically significant. In total, 5,661 US participants, of which 412 had (weighted percentage = 6.20%), enrolled. univariate analyses, participants significantly higher risk (OR 1.51, CI: 1.15–1.99). The complex interaction between circadian rhythms and physiological functions is essential for maintaining human health. At the heart of this lies PERIOD proteins (PERs), pivotal to clock, influencing timing behavioral processes impacting oxidative stress, immune functionality, tumorigenesis. PER1 orchestrates cooperation enzyme GPX1, modulating mitochondrial dynamics in sync with daily thus regulating mechanisms managing energy substrates. PERs innate cells modulate temporal patterns NF-κB TNF-α activities, as well response LPS-induced toxic shock, initiating inflammatory responses that escalate into chronic conditions. Crucially, cancer cell behaviors including proliferation, apoptosis, migration by levels cycle stimulating expression oncogenes c-Myc MDM2. PER2/3, antagonists stem biology, play important roles differentiating their stemness. Importantly, Pers serve a significant factor early diagnosis prognosis. This review delves link rhythm regulator PERs, disruptions rhythm, oncogenesis. We examine evidence highlights how dysfunctions activities initiate development, aid tumor growth, modify metabolism through pathways involved stress system. Comprehending these connections opens new development rhythm-based therapeutic strategies, aims boosting enhancing treatments.
