This paper presents a mechanical crank-connecting rod mem-inerter device, with its output and memory characteristics being investigated validated. Previous research suggests that hydraulic generates sizeable damping force, practically transforming it into mem-dashpot. greatly influences system’s vibration when using mem-inerter. In contrast, the proposed inerter exhibits negligible addressing issue of excessive in inerters potentially enhancing actual isolation effect. We successfully developed prototype trial production bench characteristic test was conducted. Our quasi-static results indicate frictional resistance during device operation can be negligible. dynamic reveal curves on momentum–velocity plane displayed as pinched hysteresis loop. are agreement simulation outcomes, which proves is physical realization device.
