Excavated rock from underground tunneling activities constitutes a significant portion of the overall construction and demolition (C&D) waste, yet its efficient reuse is challenging. Here we propose an integrated approach combining utilization excavated production eco-friendly ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). As first steps to assess feasibility approach, workability, mechanical properties, fracture toughness test, phase stability shrinkage UHPC were comprehensively studied. The results show that increasing content in leads reduction flowability but improves flexural with enhancement stability. However, this effect diminishes larger sizes. compressive strength mixture 400 kg/m³ dosage 5-10 mm size range achieve 104.1 MPa, which better than reference UHPC. Meanwhile, elevated obviously reduces shrinkage, notably within mm. A areia é um recurso natural, sendo sua extração realizada em leitos de rios provocando impactos direto, com alto potencial poluidor ao ecossistema local. O objetivo deste estudo foi pontuar os aspectos da legislação vigente no processo regularização ambiental atividade áreas lóticas do Rio Grande, considerando 30 quilômetros Estado Minas Gerais, na região dos municípios Lavras, Ribeirão Vermelho, Nepomuceno e Perdões. Os procedimentos pesquisa utilizados neste tiveram caráter exploratório descritivo, buscando maior entendimento empreendimentos que atuam ramo cascalho Bacia Sul nos anos 2013 a 2023, Superintendência Regional Regularização Ambiental (SUPRAM - Minas) conforme banco dados disponibilizados plataforma IDESisema. resultados demonstram fragilidades das políticas públicas atuais envolvem o empreendimento, empreendedor órgão licenciador. Constatamos novos métodos mitigação compensação precisam ser avaliados para propostos empreendimento areeiros, através uma Avaliação Impacto ou até mesmo por Estratégica, recomendações eficientes se refere cada bacia hidrográfica, criando assim considere relevância econômica área afetada, bem como as peculiaridades necessidades específicas lavrada.
