In container terminal, the trucks should go by a "quay crane - -import and export block" routing, optimization of this routing has become focus paper. This study divided problem into two levels: one is model single truck which takes lowest total cost as target, without considering distribution overall transportation task; other concerning allocation no-load trucks, aiming at task. Ship pollution emissions have attracted increasing attention in the maritime field due to massive growth of traffic activities. The “Dual Carbon” policy is a strategic instrument for the realization of Carbon”target. quantitative analysis can provide theoretical support and decision-making reference institutional design adjustment policy, so as to further improve 1 + N system. By constructing three-dimensional framework “instrument-goal-object”, adopting content method, combining coding results text conduct multidimensional cross-analysis, we found that overall reasonable, but at same time, there are problems such unbalanced distribution instruments, incomplete coverage goals, insufficient synergy objects, low degree matching between dimensions. Location choice of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of port and shipping service enterprises in China: characteristics, process and influencing factors DOI Creative Commons

Abstract Cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is one of the main ways for multinational enterprises to access international capital, explore markets, participate in global operations. Based on defining connotation port shipping service (PSSEs), this paper takes cross-border M&As PSSEs China as a research case, uses spatial analysis technology conditional Logit model study distribution characteristics driving factors 202 from 1993 2021. Research results are follows: (1) generally divided into four stages: proximity layout before 2000, localized agglomeration 2001–2008, diffusion 2009–2016, steady expansion 2017 present. (2) The shows northeast-southwest direction, its center gravity clear trend moving westward. (3) Overall, exhibits an trend. From 2001 2008, there was no significant correlation. 2009 2016, negative correlation observed, while positive appeared after 2017. These patterns align with timeline major national strategies. (4) Among affecting location choice M&As, market size host country, economic freedom, scale, liner transportation connectivity institutional distance present impact, road network density, informatization level proportion high-tech product exports impact geographical not significant.

A hazard zoning map is the most essential tool during crisis management cycle’s prevention and risk reduction phase. In this study, a geographic information system (GIS) applied to of ports through preparation in Jazan Port, Saudi Arabia, using novel integrated model fuzzy hierarchical analysis process emotional artificial neural network (FAHP-EANN). Reducing carbon dioxide emissions and achieving neutrality have become hot topics of global concern. China has elevated its response to climate change a national strategic level, where the green tax system plays crucial role in implementing dual-carbon strategy. This paper systematically analyzes systems Organisation for Economic Co-operation Development (OECD)—encompassing environmental pollution taxes, energy vehicle transportation resource taxes. Based on this analysis, it proposes that should establish multifaceted including protection tax, farmland occupation tax. The ocean is the largest carbon sink on Earth and an important pathway to China achieving neutrality. From a consumption perspective, studying capacity of marine in each China’s provinces its inter-regional transfer great significance harnessing increase driven by final demand.
