Abstract Objective This comprehensive review highlights the current research on metabolomics and metabolic pathways involved in endometrial cancer (EC), offering potential non‐invasive biomarkers for EC. Methods The data was extracted from published manuscripts between 2015 2024 using reputed search engine “Pubmed.” All gathered were organized into a single table, facilitating comparison with earlier findings. Results results of this study revealed most metabolites identified previous metabolomic EC are associated lipid, glucose, amino acid metabolism. Conclusion Therefore, understanding these pathway alterations is crucial improving diagnosis, prognosis, treatments by specially targeting pathways.
