Central nervous system (CNS) disease is a general term for series of complex and diverse diseases, including Alzheimer’s (AD), Parkinson’s (PD), multiple sclerosis (MS), CNS tumors, stroke, epilepsy, amyotrophic lateral (ALS). Interneuron neuron-glia cells communicate with each other through their homeostatic microenvironment. Exosomes in the microenvironment have crucial impacts on interneuron by transferring contents, such as proteins, lipids, ncRNAs, constituting novel form cell-to-cell interaction communication. Exosomal noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), circular (circRNAs), PIWI-interacting (piRNAs), regulate physiological functions maintain homeostasis. are regarded extracellular messengers that transfer ncRNAs between neurons body fluids due to ability cross blood-brain barrier. This review aims summarize current understanding exosomal prospective diagnostic biomarkers, pathological regulators, therapeutic strategies clinical applications. We also provide an all-sided discussion comparison some similar diseases main limitations challenges

Abstract Cancer is a leading disease-related cause of death worldwide. Despite advances in therapeutic interventions, cancer remains major global public health problem. pathogenesis extremely intricate and largely unknown. Fas-associated protein with domain (FADD) was initially identified as an adaptor for receptor-mediated extrinsic apoptosis. Recent evidence suggests that FADD plays vital role non-apoptotic cellular processes, such proliferation, autophagy, necroptosis. expression activity are modulated by complicated network DNA methylation, non-coding RNA, post-translational modification. dysregulation has been shown to be closely associated the numerous types cancer. However, detailed mechanisms involved progression still not fully understood. This review mainly summarizes recent findings on structure, functions, regulatory focuses its progression. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a novel type of covalently closed involved in several physiological and pathological processes.
