Rural areas in developing countries have limited access to inclusive healthcare delivery and financing. Membership cooperatives has been suggested as a pathway rural health inclusiveness. However, whether cooperative membership supports financing remains unclear. This study appraises financing, societies offers advantages households Nigeria. Primary data were collected 45 communities consisting of 900 respondents. Healthcare is among with only 1.1% pregnant women having maternity healthcare. Traditional self-medication exist (27%), addition the use medicine stores (23.2%) poorly equipped private medical facilities (13.8%) areas. Cooperative organisations provide support (74%) for members. Similarly, from almost non-existent (73.6%). There near absence insurance (90.8%) employed exists (31.7%). find family (1.3%), personal savings, sales assets (16.2%) while majority (82.5%) herbs at no quantifiable cost meet needs. must be educated on need incorporate packages into their products policies should pay significant attention how long it takes inhabitants reach existing facilities.

Health inequality-particularly income-related health inequality-poses a global challenge, significantly affecting social and economic well-being. While previous research has investigated the link between income inequality various outcomes, including chronic diseases, studies focusing on multimorbidity remain limited. This study examines how affects in China, drawing data from China Retirement Longitudinal Study. By employing Kakwani Index, analysis evaluates at individual level utilizes Latent Class Analysis to identify patterns. Abstract This study examines the impact of farmers' professional cooperatives (FPCs) on agricultural technical efficiency (TE), using panel data from 30 provinces China 2015 to 2020 and stochastic frontier function (SFF) method. The number members each cooperative, proportion demonstration cooperatives, standard are introduced as proxy variables for development level FPCs. results show that although FPCs is imperfect, its has a significant positive improving China's TE. Introduction Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being are paramount among the priorities outlined in 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by United Nations. In China, rural revitalization stands as a pivotal national strategy aimed at fostering prosperity sustainable development areas. Despite its comprehensive evaluation system, which encompasses industry, ecology, culture, organization, livelihood, current index system overlooks critical dimension of public health The existing body literature predominantly focuses on correlation between income health, leaving gap understanding relationship inequality from perspective villagers. This study addresses this utilizing data 3,771 villager samples 302 village obtained 2019 China Rural Revitalization Survey (CRRS) to explore China’s Methods We employ Ordered Logistic Regression (Ologit) model baseline regression heterogeneity analysis. Additionally, mediating effect analysis, using Sobel test, examines role villagers’ awareness variable health. Results empirical findings unveil statistically significant adverse influence Furthermore, research identifies that participation regular exercise attainment higher education levels serve effective measures alleviate detrimental impact residents. is observed shape awareness, thereby influencing their overall status. This study is based on data from the China Household Finance Survey (CHFS) conducted in years 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019. The findings indicate that digital inclusive finance positively influences individual health. Furthermore, identifies pathways through which can enhance health, including increasing income levels, diminishing need for precautionary savings, stimulating healthcare consumption. Cooperatives remain a crucial tool in Ethiopia’s economic and social transformation since they contribute significantly towards poverty reduction efforts by creating jobs especially among marginalized communities at large. This study investigates the impact of cooperative enterprises Ethiopia on members’ well-being, focusing economic, social, environmental factors. The used qualitative approach for collecting data from questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions. research involved 122 respondents with least five years experience cooperative, which were selected using purposive sampling method. collected was analyzed descriptive analysis results showed that positively affect members' well-being enhancing income financial stability, improving life standards, increasing income, providing access to microloans, training, self-employment opportunities. also highlights importance interaction within cooperatives, contributing creation capital well-being. Additionally, found participation services increases voluntary savings beneficiary members, but assessment service contributions conditions is lacking.
