In this study, Inconel 625 coatings were deposited onto the surface of 2Cr13 stainless steel via laser cladding technology to ensure their corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The microstructure characteristics adjusted by varying power (1200, 1500, 1800 W), scanning speed (10, 15, 25 mm/s), overlap rate (40%, 50%, 70%). results showed that impact blades was improved 23% 30% compared substrate, whereas self-corrosion current density reduced 94%–98%, which indicated outstanding specimens damage corrosion. At same time, appropriate processing parameters enabled hardness substrate be improved. This study provides practical technical guidance for repair a comprehensive enhancement properties through parameter optimization.
