Aim: This research explores how and why commuting stress influences Chinese nurses' well-being. Clinical nurses' well-being is crucial for enhancing their performance and the quality of patient care. Understanding factors influencing happiness, including professional autonomy, essential in addressing workplace stress dissatisfaction. This study aims to investigate relationship between happiness autonomy among clinical nurses, providing insights that can help improve job satisfaction An analytical cross-sectional was conducted Ardabil, Iran, involving 270 nurses selected through stratified sampling from May December 2022. Data were collected using Oxford Happiness Questionnaire Dempster Professional Autonomy Scale. Statistical analysis performed SPSS. The mean score 65.62 (SD = 14.11), with 70% reporting acceptable high levels. 94.72 13.17). A significant positive correlation found (r 0.67, p < 0.001). Background: Transformational leadership is recognized as a crucial factor influencing nurses' work experiences and well-being. However, the mechanisms through which transformational affects nurse well-being, especially concerning organizational justice quality of life, are not fully understood. Aim: This study investigates direct indirect effects on focusing mediating roles life. Methods: Using sequential explanatory mixed methods design, quantitative data were collected from 580 nurses across five hospitals in Saudi Arabia with validated tools: Global Leadership Scale, Organizational Justice Quality Nursing Work-Life Emotional Exhaustion Subscale Maslach Burnout Inventory, Job Satisfaction Perceived Stress Scale. Qualitative obtained 25 focus group discussions using semistructured discussion guide. Quantitative analyses included hierarchical multiple regression mediation analyses, while qualitative wereanalyzed thematically. Results: significantly reduced emotional exhaustion (β = -0.48, p < 0.001), increased job satisfaction 0.53, lowered perceived stress -0.46, 0.001). Abstract Aims To examine a novel moderated‐mediation model, investigating whether personal accountability moderates the link between nurse workload and missed nursing care mediates association moral distress. Design Nested diary study. Methods Data spanning from February 2019 to 2023 were collected 137 nurses working in various inpatient wards two medium‐sized hospitals. Nurses reported given specific patients on three five occasions across different shifts, establishing nurse‐patient dyads. Validated measures of care, accountability, distress analyzed using mixed linear models test nested model. Results Under high conditions, with higher lower frequencies compared those accountability. In contrast, under low did not significantly influence occurrences. Furthermore, interaction indirectly affected nurses' through care. Specifically, combined contributed reduced levels among nurses.
