Despite the Caregiving Questionnaire (CQ) being a widely used measure for study of caregiving behavior in context romantic relationships, to date, few studies have focused on empirically evaluating its underlying theoretical structure. The aim this was examine factorial structure and equivalence across sex sexual orientation instrument. A sample 912 Chilean individuals currently involved couple relationship completed Experiences Close Relationship Scale. After comparing various traditional Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)models, results provide support multidimensional hierarchical nature brief 16-items version CQ. More specifically, analyses supported bifactor-CFA solution composed two global factors four specific factors, suggesting that they add information construct relationships. Additionally, scale showed measurement invariance orientation. Finally, significant associations were found between CQ scores with measures attachment expected directions. Theoretical implications about system are discussed.

For quantitative analyses, this collected data from 429 individuals with two time lags by sharing survey instrument link on different organizations' randomly selected official media pages. After obtaining approval administrators of these pages, subordinates organizations were asked to participate in study. The partial least squares structural equation modeling method employed Smartpls-4 software for analyses. findings indicate that promote subordinates. However, highly behavior mediates relationship leader behaviors. highest mediation exists an dumb strengthens generalizability social exchange theory. implications mentioned are beneficial understanding dealing phenomena.
