Using mathematical models of physiological systems in medicine has allowed for the development diagnostic, treatment, and medical educational tools. However, their complexity restricts, most cases, application predictive, preventive, personalized purposes. Although there are strategies that reduce applying based on fitting techniques, them focused a single instant time, neglecting effect system’s temporal evolution. The objective this research was to introduce dynamic strategy with an extensive array parameters constrained amount experimental data. proposed obtaining better predictions trends being capable predicting future states. study utilized cardiorespiratory model as case study. Experimental data from longitudinal healthy adult subjects undergoing aerobic exercise were used validation. obtained steady state using traditional single-fit approach compared. successful outcomes primarily linked strategy, exhibiting overall results regarding accuracy behavior than population at time. evidenced usefulness highlighting its use applications.
