Bangladesh produces massive amounts of plastic products to meet the huge population demand. Jashore (Bangladesh) is well-known for discarding numbers caps (PCs). PCs are made up hard polymer polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). was chosen as study area because quantities produced here rope (PR) prepared using PCs. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) contribute significantly to global plastic waste, with only 9% recycled in recent years. In this work, these wastes were upcycled as functional fillers improve the rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) properties. To attain target, we leveraged intrinsic polarity of C=O C-Cl groups PVC PET induce intermolecular attractions N-H matrix, evidenced by observed IR peak shifts.
