These lesions can lead to significant physiological dysfunction and aesthetic concerns, particularly when located on the face. Traditional treatments, such as intralesional injections, laser therapy, surgical excision, have shown limited efficacy are associated with high recurrence rates. Materials methods: In a recent case, 19-year-old male keloid upper lip did not respond local injections triamcinolone acetonide (TAC) or carbon dioxide ablative fractional resurfacing therapy. Results: A combined treatment approach involving trepanation superficial radiotherapy successfully flattened tissue, no observed during 3-year follow-up period. Conclusions: This case underscores potential efficiency safety therapeutic interventions contributes valuable evidence towards development novel strategies for keloids.
