Summary Environmental disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and landslides disrupt natural resources, human casualties, so on. Early warning alert of events will help for preparedness to avoid economic causalities. Managing a disaster or emergency scenario is difficult endeavor. These episodes mass devastation, whether caused by man‐made disasters, result in massive losses money, property, lives inadequate response the government management authorities. As result, actions must be taken these circumstances from occurring discovering causes catastrophes advance providing swift rescue procedures once crisis happens. In situation, communication plays vital role, lot people turn towards it source information conveyance/delivery controlling situation. Even networks are damaged incur tremendous during disasters. All networks, including mobile wireless sensor (WSNs) deployed communication, also suffer huge damage face many challenges Nature appears deal with issues well. WSN inspired several biological systems processes that have intrinsically attractive properties adaptation, self‐organization, self‐healing. this paper, we proposed an enhanced bio‐inspired energy‐efficient localization (EBEEL) routing Mobile WSN. The main focus EBEEL algorithm overcome faced peer‐existing protocols data aggregation, limited bandwidth, scalability, redundancy, energy consumption, packet drops, load balancing, Quality Service (QoS).

Abstract Wireless sensor networks are becoming increasingly popular across a range of applications. One notable use is in seismic exploration and monitoring for oil gas reservoirs. This application involves deploying numerous nodes outdoor fields to measure backscattered waves, which then used create an image the subsurface. These remain active field several days must be accurately localized ensure efficient reservoir detection. However, Distance Vector-Hop (DVHop) algorithm, despite its simplicity, not suitable accurate node localization due obstructions. In this paper, we propose modified DVHop algorithm specifically designed precise such environments. Proposed uses angles between intermediate identify circumvent affected by estimation performed using reduced set nodes. The estimated distances these subsequently solved Velocity Pausing Particle Swarm Optimization determine nodes’ locations. When evaluated environments resembling fields, our demonstrated improvement 25% 63% Average Localization Accuracy compared other hop-based algorithms under similar conditions.
