The tropical legume Indigofera zollingeriana may be utilized as a ruminant ration base to optimize intramuscular polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) composition in Kacang goat. objective of this research was investigate how diets incorporating I. affect the Supraspinatus (SS), Longissimus dorsi (LD), and Biceps femoris (BF) muscle tissue goats. In study, 16 male goats were prepared arranged using completely randomized design. treatments CON, IZ60, IZ75, IZ90, containing 0%, 60%, 75%, 90% zollingeriana, respectively. slaughtered after 84 days rearing, samples collected from SS, LD, BF muscles. SS had highest PUFA content (37%), while lowest thrombogenicity index (TI) cholesterol 0.68 55.38 g/100g respectively found IZ90 treatment. LD muscle, (31.29%) PUFA/SFA ratio (0.82) IZ75 treatment, TI value 0.94. Moreover, (30.84%) treatment with fat 0.20%. resulted similar profiles inclusion diet can effectively increase levels total tissue. These findings suggest that serve valuable feed source enhance nutritional quality goat meat by improving its profile.
