The paper focuses on synchronization problems of a type fractional-order complex systems with delays. First, general exponential stability theorem is achieved by utilizing function variable method and calculus, which can handle multiple delayed systems. Then, novel intermittent-hold control designed, reduce the information transmission flexibly adjusting interval. Next, through proposed controller, results be obtained constructing simple Lyapunov functional. Meanwhile, gains calculated linear matrix inequality. Finally, two simulations are given to show effectiveness results, some comparisons different times holding verify flexibility time selection.
