This paper examines the bacterial composition of soils in Fatala River basin, Republic Guinea. This work is based on molecular genetic analysis. The research findings indicate that most prevalent phyla are Proteobacteria , Firmicutes Actinobacteria and Acidobacteria . Notable dominant species include Candidatus Koribacter versatilis Solibacter usitatus In facies 11, particularly a bauxite mining zone, there an increase cyanobacteria, potentially due to their capacity enrich soil fertility. Alpha diversity peaks 10, 12, 17 18 bottoms out 7. The decline alpha 7 might be attributed plankomycetes, which produce antimicrobial substances outcompete other species. When examining beta diversity, 12 show highest similarity, while 3, 5, exhibit significant differences compared all points analysed. The identification prevailing phylum species, along with specific taxa exhibiting increases or decreases biodiversity, crucial first step characterising microbial communities found natural environments studied. methodology established can employed environmental surveillance evaluation health diverse types.

As an important part of smart cities, water environmental protection has become way to solve pollution problems. It is proposed in this article develop a quality remote sensing image analysis and prediction method based on the improved Pix2Pix (3D-GAN) model overcome problems associated with environment cities data having low accuracy predicting information, as well being difficult train.Firstly, due inversion differences weather conditions, images are not perfect, which leads creation time series that cannot be used directly modeling. Therefore, for preprocessing been article. The original was unified by pixel substitution, repaired spatial weight matrix, supplemented linear interpolation. Secondly, order enhance ability process spatial-temporal improve images, convolutional gated recurrent unit network concatenated U-net generator model. At same time, channel attention mechanism introduced into extracting residual structure downsampling avoid gradient explosion or disappearance. After that, historical moments superimposed channels labels sent discriminator adversarial training. no longer translates but can predict two dimensions space one dimension so it actually 3D-GAN Third, chlorophyll-a concentrations Taihu Lake basin verify at future moments. The results show mean value structural similarity, peak signal-to-noise ratio, cosine mutual information between predicted real higher than existing methods, indicates effective cities.

Microcystins (MCs) are frequently detected in cyanobacterial bloom-impacted waterbodies and introduced into agroecosystems via irrigation water. They widely known as phytotoxic cyanotoxins, which impair the growth physiological functions of crop plants. However, their impact on plant-associated microbiota is scarcely tackled poorly understood. Therefore, we aimed to investigate effect MCs microbiota-inhabiting bulk soil (BS), root adhering (RAS), tissue (RT) Vicia faba when exposed 100 μg L−1 a greenhouse pot experiment. Under MC exposure, structure, co-occurrence network, assembly processes bacterial were modulated with greatest RT-inhabiting bacteria, followed by BS and, lesser extent, RAS. The analyses revealed significant decrease abundances several Actinobacteriota-related taxa within RT microbiota, including most abundant genus Streptomyces. Furthermore, significantly increased abundance methylotrophic bacteria (Methylobacillus, Methylotenera) other Proteobacteria-affiliated genera (e.g., Paucibacter), supposed degrade MCs. network community presence was less complex than control network. In MC-exposed RT, turnover composition more strongly driven deterministic processes, proven beta-nearest taxon index. Whereas MC-treated RAS, both stochastic can influence some relative dominance processes. Altogether, these results suggest that may reshape structure soil-plant system reducing potential phytobeneficial traits increasing capacity

Purpose: This paper reviews the diverse agricultural applications of cyanobacteria for improving soil health, plant growth, and sustainability. Research Method: The provides a literature review summarizing recent research on cyanobacteria's roles in aggregation, biofertilization, abiotic/biotic stress tolerance, yield improvements, carbon sequestration, bioremediation. Both laboratory studies field trials evaluating effects properties growth are discussed. Findings: Cyanobacteria can enhance structure, provide fixed nitrogen, mitigate salinity stress, increase crop yields, sequester carbon. Their adaptations, antimicrobial metabolites, synergies with plants microbes underpin many benefits. However, translating into effective inoculants remains challenging. Limitation: Variability effectiveness across cyanobacterial strains, species, environments limits current understanding. More testing is needed along assessment potentially negative impacts. Originality/Value: highlights promising areas to promote sustainability while identifying knowledge gaps genetics, plant-microbe interactions, ecology that require further study. It emphasizes need locally-adapted, integrated solutions leveraging multifunctional traits.
