Grapes are moderately sensitive to salinity and grow in semiarid regions. This study investigated the effects of varying saline soils on "Beihong" grape wine quality. RNA-seq was performed elucidate quality changes triggered by soil berries from a molecular perspective. The results showed that content soluble solids aroma substances decreased with increasing salinity, whereas concentration mineral elements increased. Specifically, C6 alcohols increased soils. Wines produced were characterized diminished aromas sweet fruit flowers, along sourness saltiness, when compared those nonsaline revealed greater number differentially expressed genes strongly salt stress induced expression signaling receptors transmembrane transporters. Overall, this provided reference for potential use land cultivation winemaking.
