Essential
oils
have
been
utilized
in
the
health,
learning/memory,
and
agricultural
fields,
but
not
much
is
known
about
biological
activity
of
their
individual
components.
Terpinyl
acetate
a
p-menthane
monoterpenoid
commonly
found
cardamom,
pine,
cajeput,
pine
needle,
other
essential
oils.
Using
cell
culture
model
system,
we
that
terpinyl
potent
specific
inhibitor
mitochondrial
ATP
production,
suggesting
it
might

as

toxin.

rising

due

climate
change
threaten
its
growth,
quality
and
yields.
Heat
stress
disrupts
key
physiological
biochemical
processes,
affecting
carbohydrate
metabolism,
hormone
signaling,
calcium
gene
regulation
expression.
This
review
article
explores
cotton's
defense
mechanism
against
heat
stress,
including
epigenetic
regulations
transgenic
approaches,
with
focus
on
genome
editing
tools.
Given
limitations
of
traditional
breeding,
advanced
omics
technologies
such
as
GWAS,
transcriptomics,
proteomics,
ionomics,
metabolomics,
phenomics
CRISPR-Cas9
offer
promising
solutions
developing
heat-resistant
cotton
varieties.

Background:Citrus
Exocortis
Viroid
(CEVd)
is
a
non-coding
RNA
pathogen
capable
of
infecting
wide
range
plant
species,
despite
its
lack
protein-coding
ability.
infections
induce
significant
alterations
in
various
physiological
and
biochemical
processes,
particularly
impacting
metabolism.
This
study
shows
the
metabolic
changes
upon
viroid
infection
tomato
plants
(Solanum
lycopersicum
var.
‘MoneyMaker’)
exhibiting
altered
levels
salicylic
acid
(SA),
key
signal
molecule
involved
defence
against
this
pathogen.
Methods:

adaptive
responses,
bioaccumulation

quality
under
cadmium
(Cd)
stress,
providing
