<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">In the highly demanding domain of advanced technologies, Wire Electro Discharge Machining (EDM) has distinguished itself as one most promising methods for efficient machining sophisticated composite materials. As a critical process, EDM caters to stringent requirements intricate geometries and effective material removal. This study focuses on Al6063 Alloy Composites reinforced with Silicon Carbide Fly Ash, materials celebrated their high strength, exceptional oxidation-corrosion resistance, high-temperature performance. These composites are widely applied across aerospace, marine, automotive industries, nuclear power, oilfield sectors. The current research involves rigorous experimental analysis parametric optimization aluminum matrix utilizing EDM. primary objective is fine-tune process parameters, including pulse-off time, current, taper angle. experiments were designed conducted using Taguchi’s Orthogonal Array ascertain optimal settings responses such Surface Roughness (SR) Material Removal Rate (MRR).
