Abstract The newly emerged variants of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) demonstrate resistance to present therapeutic antibodies as well the capability evade vaccination-elicited antibodies. JN.1 sublineages were demonstrated one most immune-evasive variants, showing higher neutralization compared XBB.1.5. In this study, serum samples collected from adult participants including those who had gone through BA.5/BF.7, EG.5/HK.3 and XBB/JN.1 infection waves, characterized by different vaccination histories. We evaluated in these against pseudoviruses Omicron lineages. further investigated humoral immune response recombinant XBB vaccines estimated sublineages, KP.2 KP.3. Our results showed that sera previous circulating subvariant breakthrough infections exhibited low GMTs 50% all tested significantly elevated individuals received WSK-V102C or WSK-V102D boosters. Importantly, 4 months after a booster XBB.1.5, JN.1, JN.1.13, KP.3 3479, 1684, 1397, 1247 1298, with 9.86-, 9.79-, 8.73-, 8.66- 8.16-fold increase without booster, respectively, indicating boosting XBB.1.5 subunit still induced strong antibody responses sublineages. However, KP.3, revealed more than 2-fold decreases neutralizing titers suggesting enhanced evasion necessity boosters based on

Background Insomnia in healthcare workers has become a topic of concern the health system. The high infectivity and longevity COVID-19 pandemic have resulted great pressure incidence insomnia among workers. negative impact on high-quality services addition to their health. Thus, it's necessary explore insomnia's underlying mechanisms. Object present research's aims were threefold: explored association between social support, resilience, anxiety, during pandemic, elucidated mechanism insomnia, offered recommendations for improving these Materials methods A cross-sectional design was adopted. Mediation analysis conducted Mplus 8.3 using 5000 bootstrap samples. Results Of participating workers, prevalence 41.62% (432/1038). Significant associations found involving support. directly affected Moreover, three indirect pathways explain how support insomnia: resilience's mediating role, anxiety's chain-mediation role resilience anxiety. Understanding health system delay (HSD) in pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) diagnosis aids tailoring interventions for case detection and curbing transmission. However, recent nationwide studies on HSD PTB have been scarce. This study assesses its risk factors China, taking into account the impact of COVID-19 epidemic. Patients diagnosed with between 2019 2022 were selected using a multistage stratified clustering method. A semi-structured questionnaire was employed to assess HSD, which defined as interval patient's initial visit facility definitive diagnosis. The then compared (before epidemic) 2020-2022 (during epidemic). Factors associated long (LHSD, > 14 days) examined both univariate multivariate analyses chi-square tests binary logistic regression, respectively. In total, 958 patients analyzed: 478 before 480 during (interquartile range, 7-30) days all patients, epidemic also shared this value. total 199 (20.8%) had LHSD. LHSD more prevalent presenting solely cough expectoration (Odds ratio [OR]: 1.482, 95% confidence [CI]: 1.015-2.162) those visiting ≥2 facilities (2 facilities: OR = 2.469, 95%CI: 1.239-4.920; ≥3 8.306, 4.032-17.111). Additionally, negative bacteriological results independently higher (OR 1.485, 1.060-2.080). remains relatively low is primarily mediated by providers. No significant from has found. Implementing targeted training programs enhance providers' awareness chronic respiratory symptoms maintain vigilance PTB; strengthening presumptive identification capabilities at grassroots facilities, promoting use Mycobacterium (MTB) technologies are recommended shorten HSD.

Abstract Objectives This longitudinal study examined mindful parenting as a mediator between maternal depressive symptoms and child adjustment outcomes, including internalizing problems, externalizing prosocial behavior. Background Maternal are associated with an increased risk for psychopathology, highlighting the importance of elucidating explanatory processes. Methods Participants included 141 Chinese mothers across three time points over course year, 6‐month interval points. Upon informed consent, participating completed self‐report questionnaire that assessed variables. Results Mindful longitudinally mediated relation adjustment, problems behavior, above baseline adjustment. Specifically, negatively predicted parenting. further children's behavior but not problems. Conclusion The present findings suggested process mothers' Implications In face symptoms, interventions targeting to promote may be helpful in fostering

Based on an ethnography of a Chinese village, this article examines the re-stigmatization recovered COVID-19 patients in China's response between 2020 and 2022. I show that distrust local government was reactivated epidemic governance led to production localized knowledge as proactive official knowledge, which prompted stigma driven by health concerns. As intensified alongside viral mutations, reconfigured into broader threat livelihoods. This research indicates stigmatization is complex nuanced process shaped interplay social dynamics.
