influence

development,

plants.
Key
aspects,
such
as
nitrogen
fixation,
nutrient
solubilization,
hormone
production,
disease
resistance
induction,
are
emphasized.
Additionally,
technological
advancements
related
to
PGPM
use
analyzed,
including
identification
effective
strains,
formulation
enhanced
biofertilizers,
genetic
engineering.
concludes
that
represent
promising
tool
with
which
boost
sustainability
productivity
cultivation,
providing
robust
foundation
for
future
research

applications

The
control
of
‘sheath
blight’
in
rice
(Oryza
sativa
L.),
which
is
caused
by
the
fungus
Rhizoctonia
oryzae-sativae,
has
become
problematic
due
to
excessive
application
fungicides
and
their
consequent
harmful
effects.
Hence,
search
for
less
contaminating
alternatives
conventional
chemical
products
necessary.
This
study
evaluated
vitro
inhibitory
activity
four
bacterial
strains
on
growth
R.
oryzae-sativae
both
tryptone
soy
broth
(TSB)
mineral
medium
(MM).
results
demonstrated
that
all
(Bacillus
tequilensis
SMNCT17-02,
Priestia
aryabhattai
SMNCH17-07,
Burkholderia
vietnamiensis
TUR04-01,
TUR04-03)
inhibited
oryzae-sativae.
Specifically,
B.
SMNCT17-02
resulted
smallest
area
TSB
(8.54
cm2)
MM
(5.53
cm2),
suggesting
a
notable
antifungal
effect.
When
evaluating
action
supernatants
generated
culture
media,
significant
inhibition
was
only
observed
produced
MM.
attributed
presence
soluble
secondary
metabolites.
These
offer
new
perspectives
biotechnology,
possibility
developing
effective
based
easily
extractable
metabolites,
thus
promoting
sustainable
agriculture.
