Abstract Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) plays a major role in producing table grapes, raisins, juice, and wine the global market. In present study, 13 endophytes were isolated, purified, identified by sequencing ITS 16S rRNA regions. Based on sequence information, fungal viz., CSBY-2, CSBY-8, MCBY-2, as Trichoderma asperellum, whereas CSBY-4, MCBY-1, DRRS-1 T. asperelloides, Cytospora sp., viride, respectively. Similarly, bacterial viz., Sauvignon Blanc-2, -5, CS2, RF1, characterized Bacillus subtilis. The RT7 RB-1 recognized B. mojavensis licheniformis, respectively, rRNA. formulated into powder using flattened rice carrier, isolates used liquid formulations. Bioformulations of these evaluated against grapevine powdery mildew disease during 2022-23 2023-24 crop seasons at experimental fields ICAR-NRCG, Pune. field evaluation endophytic Trichoderma, Bacillus species formulations seasons, highest percent control (PDC) leaves was recorded treatment, subtilis (RF-1: 63.41%) followed (SB2: 61.57% 58.11%), sp. (GB2: 61.04%), (SB5: 59.66% 56.65%), asperellum (MCBY2: 51.07% 60.93%). PDC bunches observed SB2 (64.56% 44.97%), SB5: (56.18% 46.07%), MCBY-2: 55.88% 67.7%) isolates. Moreover, all reduced fungicide residues grape berries. study provides important insights managing diseases sustainably suggests integrating microbes traditional farming practices to enhance quality productivity.
