In recent years, there has been growing interest in the use of native ground-grown perennials floral compositions as cut greenery. The easily available plant materials that can replace some exotic species include Hosta leaves and leafy shoots Polygonatum multiflorum. Their vase life should be at least long flowers, with which they are combined. order to prolong greenery, conditioning material solutions hormones (GA3 BA) commercial substances (8HQC Chrysal Clear 2) is most commonly performed. aim this study was evaluate effect different on parameters indicating progression senescence materials. Cut multiflorum were conditioned immediately after cutting for 24 h aqueous benzyladenine (BA) gibberellic acid (GA3), 8HQC standard medium addition 2% sucrose 1% 2 solution. post-harvest storage physiological analyzed using following indicators: life, relative water content (RWC), electrolyte leakage (EL), thiobarbituric reactive substance (TBARS) pigment contents (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoids, anthocyanins). Conditioning a BA solution 100 mg L−1 more than doubles their life. longevity P. effectively extended by 400 L−1, h. Both responded progressive aging process disruption management, reduction cytoplasmic membrane integrity, decrease content. Tissue retention favorably affected GA3 concentration L−1. tissue stabilized membranes inhibited EL effectively. multiflorum, lowest level found an 200 degradation assimilation pigments prevented solution, regardless used. Although prolongation up 30 days achieved, along improvement appearance materials, it not possible identify single conditioner had positive all studied.
