Accurate and efficient measurement of deposited droplets' volume is vital to achieve zero-defect manufacturing in inkjet printed organic light-emitting diode (OLED), but it remains a challenge due featurelessness. In our work, coherence scanning interferometry (CSI) utilized measure the volume. However, CSI redundant sampling image degradation led by sample's transparency decrease efficiency accuracy. Based on prior strong representation for context, novel method, via fringe distribution module (VMFD), proposed directly single interferogram without sampling. Firstly, 3D point spread function (PSF) imaging modeling relate image. Secondly, Zernike PSF (ZTP) efficiently compute aberrations PSF. Then, physics aberration restoration network (PARN) designed remove channel Transformer U-net architecture. The long term context learned PARN beneficial restoration. restored fringes are used droplet's constrained regression (CRN) module. Finally, performances public datasets experiments show promising deblurring, precision efficiency.

Surface microgeometry created by the energy of electric discharges is related to surface wetting behavior. These relationships change depending on scale observation. In this work, contact angles correlated with complexity AA 6060 after electro-discharge machining were analyzed at different observation scales. This paper proposes a series of experimental determinations carried out with the aim generating new conclusions regarding ability 3D-printed gears to be integrated into mechanisms without lubrication. The main factors that influence appearance wear in non-lubricated contact are sliding speed, material hardness, surface finish, geometry, and microstructure. tests considered type from which they were made 3D printing technology type. This paper conducts a comprehensive experimental comparison of two widely used additive manufacturing (AM) processes, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA), under standardized conditions using the same test geometries protocols. FDM parts were printed with both Polylactic Acid (PLA) Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) filaments, while SLA general-purpose photopolymer resin. Quantitative evaluations included surface roughness, dimensional accuracy, tensile properties, production cost, energy consumption. Additionally, environmental considerations process reliability assessed by examining waste streams, recyclability, failure rates. The results indicate that achieves superior quality (Ra≈2μm vs. 12–13μm) tolerances (±0.05mm ±0.15–0.20mm), along higher strength (up to 70MPa). However, provides notable advantages in cost (approximately 60% lower on per-part basis), speed, efficiency. Moreover, from an perspective, is more favorable when biodegradable PLA or recyclable ABS, whereas resin hazardous. Overall, study highlights no single universally superior. offers rapid, cost-effective solution for prototyping, excels precision finish. By presenting detailed, data-driven comparison, this work guides engineers, product designers, researchers choosing most suitable AM technology their specific needs.

The precision of surface roughness determination using ISO 25178 parameters relies on various factors that directly impact the measurement process. In industry applications, contactless reduces data collection time. However, it introduces several potential errors, including those stemming from environment. One main types errors encountered during topography analysis is noise, which arises different external disturbances. The aim of the study is a multi-criteria comparative evaluation robots cooperating with humans in single- and dual-arm variants used for process precise assembly complex parts. The present paper describes a study conducted at the request of operator machining center equipment. observed undesirable indicators in terms increased backlash and vibration milling head poor quality machined surfaces.
