Purpose: To investigate the 10-year changes in visual function and incidence of impairment (VI) highly myopic eyes. Methods: This longitudinal study enrolled individuals who were followed up for 10 years. All participants underwent detailed ophthalmic examinations at baseline follow-up visits. Best-corrected acuity (BCVA) was measured using Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study protocol, field (VF) assessed with standard automatic perimetry. Results: A total 568 eyes (284 participants) included, mean age 22.49 ± 13.07 years, spherical equivalent refraction (SER) −9.72 3.02 D, axial length 27.39 1.53 mm. Over BCVA loss −0.06 logMAR (95% confidence internal [CI], 0.05−0.07). To investigate the association between spherical equivalent refraction (SER) and pallor in different neuroretinal rim (NRR) sectors. Population-based cross-sectional study. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between axial length (AL) and retinal oxygen dynamic parameters in adult patients. Methods: This an observational cross-sectional with 79 Chinese adults myopia aged 18 37 years. All participants underwent AL measurements, cycloplegic refraction, other ophthalmic examinations. Changes in retinal and choroidal structures are key biomarkers for predicting, diagnosing, monitoring various ocular conditions, including myopia. To assess the characteristics of thicknesses myopic young adult males using swept-source optical coherence tomography (SSOCT). This cross-sectional comparative study included 198 adults with a mean age 21.87 ± 1.69 years, only male subjects were recruited this study, comprising 102 diagnosed myopia 96 emmetropia. To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of enlarged blind spots in non-pathological highly myopic eyes. Visual field conditions 313 eyes 172 individuals with high myopia were evaluated.
