Today,
to
properly
address
circular
economy
practices,
strategic
decisions
encompassing
all
the
various
life
cycle
stages
of
products
or
services
have
become
critically
important
in
market.
However,
companies
still
difficulties
balancing
technical
and
environmental
requirements
their
offerings,
numerous
studies
outline
need
for
more
research
on
ecodesign
tools
support
them
decision-making.
To
reduce
such
a
gap,
decision-making
framework
based
integrated
use
quality
function
deployment
environment
(QFDE),
analytic
hierarchy
process
(AHP),
strengths,
weaknesses,
opportunities,
threats
(SWOT),
TOWS
matrix
methods
was
developed
through
case
study
related
provision
photovoltaic
solar
systems
domestic
use.
The
results
achieved
show
that
better
enhance
company’s
offering
ensuring
customer
satisfaction
green
compliance,
shift
towards
product–service
system
(PSS)
approach
is
required,
practical
implementation
strategies
are
suggested.
Overall,
this
contributes
literature
by
streamlining
marketing
strategy
planning
novel
QFD-based
aligns
with
concerns
improvement
options.
Thus,
it
provides
both
academics
practitioners
useful
practices.

Municipalities
are
key
players
in
their
role
as
sustainable
development
planners
and
have
a
responsibility
to
change
behavior
at
the
local
level.
This
study
uses
panel
of
French
municipalities
explore
promoting
responsible
consumption
production
practices.
A
questionnaire
was
set
up
obtain
data
from
186
citizens,
which
77
come
rural
areas
109
urban
zones.
The
findings
reveal
that

influence
on
more
individuals
through
actions.

encourage
inhabitants

energy
water
consumption,
waste
management,

consumption.
