This study aimed to incorporate β-AgVO3 and rGO into self-curing (SC) heat-curing (HC) acrylic resins evaluate their physicochemical, mechanical, antimicrobial properties while correlating them with the characterized material structure. Acrylic resin samples were prepared at 0% (control), 0.5%, 1%, 3% for both nanoparticles. This study aimed to develop and evaluate hydrogels containing a cyclodextrin complex with clove essential oil other free volatile oils antimicrobial properties (tea tree rosemary oils), focusing on their pharmaco-technical rheological characteristics. The formulations varied in the Carbopol 940 (a hydrophilic polymer) oils' concentrations. Rheological analysis indicated that gels displayed pseudoplastic behavior, flow index (n) values below 1, ensuring appropriate consistency handling. results showed increasing concentration significantly enhanced yield stress, index, viscosity, gel B, 1% Carbopol, 1.5% tea oil, demonstrating optimal stability properties.
