This study examines the critical role of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) in regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) breast cancer, a prevalent malignancy with significant metastatic potential. EMT, wherein cancer cells acquire mesenchymal traits, is fundamental to metastasis. ncRNAs—such as microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), and circular (circRNAs)—modulate EMT by influencing gene expression signaling pathways, affecting cell migration invasion. review consolidates recent findings on ncRNA-mediated regulation explores their diagnostic therapeutic Specifically, miRNAs inhibit EMT-related transcription factors, while lncRNAs circRNAs regulate through interactions miRNAs, impacting progression. Given influence ncRNAs metastasis resistance, advancing ncRNA-based biomarkers treatments holds promise for improving outcomes.

Micronuclei exhibit defective proteomes rendering their chromatin vulnerable to fragmentation. This fragmentation process, known as chromothripsis, promotes tumorigenesis by catalysing the activation of oncogenes and silencing tumor suppressors. With this role in mind, micronuclei serve promising targets for therapeutic intervention. review will explore recent discoveries regarding how form, function chromothripsis provides a selective advantage cancer cells.
