Background: One of the most serious complications coronary artery stenting is restenosis and in-stent thrombosis; their prevalence can reach 20-25%.Stent thrombosis be acute (up to 24 hours), subacute (24 hours 30 days), late (30 days 1 year), very (> year after previous stenting). In patients with COVID-19 in intensive care units, proportion those elevated troponin levels reached 25%.Objective: Evaluation association between development arteries based on analysis clinical cases case series.Materials Methods: We searched PubMed Scopus databases for relevant reports series stent associated coronavirus infection (CVI) published 2020 present.Thirty-eight full-text publications were screened manually checked analysis. We found 10 describing stents infection, which only 2 series. In total, we analyzed 22 cases. Results: In structure thrombosis, 59.1% late, 9.1% late; 18.2% considered events, 13.6% events. All angiographically confirmed. The main location or was left (LAD) (51.1%), right (RCA) occurred 27.3%, circumflex 22.7%.All had confirmed by a PCR test presence immunoglobulins G M. fourteen (54.5%), an X-ray examination showed bilateral polysegmental infiltration. Conclusion: Analysis demonstrates disease (CAD) infection.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus continues to evolve, with the Omicron KP.2 variant, a descendant of BA.2.86, emerging as public health concern due its rapid spread and resistance existing immunity. This review examines phylogenetic evolution SARS-CoV-2, focusing on key mutations (R346T, F456L, V1104L), alongside epidemiological implications. It also discusses development approval KP.2-adapted booster vaccine, shown in clinical trials significantly enhance immune responses protect against symptomatic severe disease, particularly vulnerable groups. Despite vaccine advancements, challenges global distribution inequity persist, especially low- middle-income countries, increasing risk vaccine-resistant variants. manuscript underscores importance equitable access control pandemic prevent future outbreaks, while highlighting need for continuous surveillance broader-spectrum research evolves.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, driven by the emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has been characterized virus's ongoing evolution, leading to appearance more transmissible variants that have often triggered infection surges. In this study, we analyzed SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in Cyprus, utilizing 1627 viral sequences from infected individuals between November 2022 and February 2024. Over period, 251 distinct lineages sublineages were identified, predominantly categorized into three groups: Omicron 5, XBB, JN.1 (parental lineage BA.2.86), all which harbor S protein mutations linked enhanced transmissibility immune escape. Despite relatively low numbers new infections during lack any major waves, unlike earlier phases these demonstrated varying periods dominance, with 5 prevailing 2023, XBB March generating a wavelet December 2023 These findings suggest Cyprus reached endemicity, gradually replacing previously circulating irrespective seasonal patterns. This study highlights critical importance surveillance evolution emphasizes role preventive measures limiting virus transmission, providing valuable insights for safeguarding public health.
