The farmland residual film pollution caused by traditional PE has an adverse impact on crops and the environment. Polypropylene carbonate (PPC) is a fully biodegradable that can alleviate “white pollution”. In this study, soil physicochemical properties composition function of community FM (PPC mulching) CK (no film) treatments were determined to explore effect PPC mulching microbial community. Furthermore, microorganisms at different time periods during degradation mulch also analyzed. results showed increased pH but decreased contents EC SOC, there was no significant difference in AP AK. relative abundance phyla Acidobacteria with mulching, genera MB_A2_108 mulched soil. Among properties, SOC most important factors leading changes bacterial fungal communities. had diversity. addition, Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Rhizobacter dominant film. Our research provide scientific theoretical basis for safety large-scale use films foundation plastics.

The aim of this study was to test the antimicrobial, antiadhesive, and antibiofilm activities a rhamnolipid extracted from Pseudomonas aeruginosa UKMP14T previously isolated oil-contaminated soil in Malaysia against ESKAPE (i.e. multidrug resistant) pathogens. Zones inhibition an agar well diffusion assay were observed at 50 µg mL-1 concentrations for all bacteria. MIC MBC values ranged between 7.81-62.5 31.25-1000 mL-1, respectively. Percent killing recorded be >90% except Klebsiella pneumoniae (86.84%). Furthermore, antiadhesion studies showed that there 76% hindrance attachment Enterococcus faecium 91% Acinetobacter baumannii 4 × MIC. highest adhesion found MIC, which 46% Ac. 62% faecium. Finally, capability determined, 25%-76% 35%-88% To best our knowledge, is first include research on antiadhesive local isolate Ps. Obtained results suggest can exploited commercially production novel antibiotics.
