The electrocatalytic activity and electronic conductivity of 2D transition metal chalcogenides are usually enhanced by as follows the ideal strategy such doping or substitution heterogeneous atoms. Here, a rare Earth ion gadolinium (Gd 3+ ) was doped with MoSe 2 synthesized through hydrothermal method. morphology nanostructure Gd spheres were analyzed under X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, photoelectron, High-resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis, Field emission scanning microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Furthermore, sphere modified glassy carbon electrode (Gd@MoSe /GCE) used for sensing tryptophan. Gd@MoSe GCE shows remarkable performance tryptophan resulting in linear range (20 nM–220 μ M) low detection limit (6.7 nM). Under optimal condition, developed electrochemical sensor successfully to determine (TRP) blood serum milk samples. biosensing results suggest that is promising electrocatalyst biological food

Bipolar disorder is commonly treated with lithium carbonate. The concentration of in the blood serum should be closely monitored patients who require long-term therapy. To date, no colorimetric method detecting ions has been reported using nanosensors. We have developed a novel chemosensor based on nanozyme (NZ) to address this clinical need. GO-Ag2O NZs were synthesized by sonochemical and used as nanosensor detect human (Li (I)). characterize NZs, various techniques employed, including XRD, FTIR, TEM, FESEM, EDX, Raman spectroscopy, BET, DLS, Zeta potential, ICP-OES. According TEM FESEM images GO-Ag2O, nanoparticles (NPs) Ag2O are uniformly distributed surface 2D graphene oxide sheets. In addition, silver exhibited cubic morphology an average size 3.5 nm. examined performance aqueous medium that contains Li (I). A test revealed presence ultrasound more sensitive linearity calibration curves' ranges, (I) limit detection (LOD) 0.01 µg/mL. Furthermore, it displayed linear range between 0 12 showed noticeable color changes from green orange after exposure An incubation time two minutes was found most effective for sensing. This innovative approach provides reliable monitoring levels ensuring patient safety during therapy bipolar disorder.

Methylxanthines (MTX) are purine alkaloids commonly present in the diet. Theobromine (TBR: Theobroma cacao or T. cacao) is a second important metabolism MTX. It naturally occurs nonalcoholic beverages to stimulate central nervous system. When consumed high quantities, it has some negative impacts such as weight gain and addictions. Thus, development of well-organized electrocatalysts that can monitor trace level detection TBR food products urgently required. In this study, simple means synthesizing scheelite-type barium tungstate (BaWO4) nanoparticles integrated into carbon nanofiber (CNF) via sonochemical process discussed. BaWO4@CNF, nanocomposite modified on glassy electrode (GCE), showed better electrocatalytic activity oxidation potential range 0.9–1.6 V. Noteworthy, proposed BaWO4@CNF/GCE sensor exhibited an ultralow detecting limit (LOD: 5.2 nM) with linear 0.01–1726 μM sensitivity 2.52 μA μM–1 cm–2 by different pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods. The been applied for anti-interfering ability, repeatability, stability studies. practical applicability was tested quantitative analysis coffee dark chocolate satisfactory recoveries.
