Energy efficiency is crucial for the sustainable operation of industrial and urban sectors. However, practicing engineers seldom have access to open-source tools that can readily evaluate compare scenarios. In this work, a novel web-based tool called ROSMOSE developed proposed analyzing energy systems comparing potential process integration options. This optimization framework computes graphically represents minimum requirements, pinch temperatures, grand integrated composite curves systems. Results are used design utility meet demands while minimizing specified objective function such as total cost or environmental impacts. The Quarto environment, in which built, allows various software tools, database handling, modeling suites, solvers, along with interactive data visualization reporting tools. paper discusses application site dairy consisting milk treatment, cream, cheese production demonstrate features. Other options, use heat pumps solar panels soft drinks biogas, evaluated. From 75% 90% fuel savings up 80% CO2 emissions reduction plant identified by optimizing integration.
