In this review, the potential role of grape pomace (GP) as a tool for improving feed has been critically summarized, considering findings literature last five years (2020-2024). The main applications GP to nutrition different animals and impact on derived foods (meat, milk dairy products, eggs, fish) are discussed along with major advantages limits. Emphasis was placed phenols fatty acids GP, which considered phytochemicals health-promoting effects. Phenolic compounds increase antioxidant animal-based even if their content profile strongly related cultivar geographical origin. This study investigates the synthesis and characterization of zein nanoparticles (ZNp) loaded with grape pomace extract (GPE) from Vitis vinifera L. for applications in controlled release antioxidant delivery. Grape pomace, a byproduct winemaking industry, is rich bioactive compounds, including phenols flavonoids, which possess properties. To overcome limitations these such as photosensitivity thermal degradation, they were incorporated into using antisolvent technique. The physicochemical properties ZNp-GPE system thoroughly characterized, size, morphology, ζ-potential, total phenol content. Results showed high encapsulation efficiency (89–97%) favorable loading capacities. Characterization techniques, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), confirmed that GPE was successfully nanoparticles, thereby enhancing their process did not significantly alter spherical morphology resulted decrease particle size.
